سياسة الخصوصية — أخذني

هذه السياسة تشرح الموقع والبحث والخرائط والإعلانات في أخذني. الناشر Pixel Lab، المبرمج يقين ماضي، والتواصل px.lab360@gmail.com. لا توجد حسابات مستخدمين أو خادم خاص بنا لتجميع الرحلات. أُضيفت Google AdMob وموافقة الخصوصية UMP في الإصدار 2.7؛ لذلك قد تجمع Google بيانات الإعلان المبينة أدناه بعد السماح. لا يوجد Firebase Analytics أو SDK تحليلات مستقل. الإصدار 2.8 يضيف بريداً عاماً متصلاً ولوحة نشر خاصة بالمالك، كما هو مفصل أدناه.

الموقع والسرعة والتتبّع

بعد موافقتك وإذن أندرويد، نستخدم الموقع الدقيق لعرض موقعك وترتيب الأماكن القريبة وتحديد نقطة بدء الرحلة وحساب المسافة إلى المنعطفات وتصحيح اتجاه الخريطة. تُعالج سرعة GPS واتجاه الحركة ودقته على الجهاز. قد يستمر تحديث الموقع أثناء تصفح الواجهة المفتوحة لترتيب النتائج حول موقعك الحالي. يتوقف طلب GPS عند مغادرة التطبيق إلى الخلفية؛ لا توجد خدمة ملاحة تجمع الموقع في الخلفية. تنزيل الخرائط يستخدم خدمة أمامية بإشعار ظاهر، وهي خدمة نقل ملفات ولا تجمع الموقع. يمكنك رفض الإذن أو سحبه من إعدادات أندرويد. لا نستنتج سرعة القيادة من سرعة التجربة أو من تقريب السيارة إلى الطريق؛ تُستخدم سرعة الأقمار مع هامش الخطأ. نطلب تحديثات متقاربة لكن تواترها ودقتها يحددهما الجهاز والإشارة. تُرفض السرعة القديمة أو غير الموثوقة؛ قد ينتظر تحديد الموقع الأول مهلة قصيرة لتحسين القراءة. لتحديد الموقع أولاً نستعمل مزوّدات GPS والموقع المدمج والشبكة المتاحة في أندرويد. نقبل الإذن التقريبي لعرض المكان والبحث، ونبيّن الدقة المبلّغ عنها والموقع التقريبي. مزوّدات الشبكة والموقع المدمج قد تستخدم Wi-Fi وأبراج الاتصال وخدمات النظام وفق إعدادات الجهاز وسياسة مزوّد النظام. هذه القراءات لا تتحول إلى سرعة سيارة؛ الملاحة الدقيقة تبدأ بقراءة GPS حديثة ودقة مناسبة وإذن دقيق. لا تُعرض قراءة تقريبية باعتبارها GPS دقيقاً.

البيانات التي تصل إلى الخدمات المتصلة

البحث والملاحة داخل الحزمة المحمّلة يعملان محلياً. عند توفر الإنترنت قد نكمّل نتائج البحث من Photon/Komoot، فيستلم نص البحث وموقع البحث الحالي أو نقطة البداية لتفضيل الأماكن القريبة، حتى عند وجود حزمة محمّلة. عند البحث الصريح عن فئة مثل مدرسة أو جامع، قد يستلم Overpass/Private Coffee أو overpass-api.de إحداثيات مركز البحث ونوع المكان. البحث عن الأماكن القريبة قد يستخدم Photon أو Overpass أيضاً. عندما لا تتوفر بيانات طريق محلية مناسبة، يستلم Valhalla/FOSSGIS نقطتي الانطلاق والوجهة ونوع المركبة واتجاه الحركة عند توفره، وقد يستلم المسار لطلب حدود السرعة المتوفرة. لا نرسل قراءات السرعة الفعلية إلى خادم تجميع خاص بنا. عند وضع عدم الاتصال لا نرسل طلبات البحث والمسارات لهذه الخدمات. لا يستخدم هذا الإصدار خادم Nominatim العام للبحث.

الخرائط والخطوط والتنزيل

مصادر عرض الخريطة هي OpenFreeMap وOpenStreetMap وOpenTopoMap وVersaTiles. طلبات البلاطات المتصلة تكشف للمصدر منطقة الخريطة المعروضة. التنزيل اليدوي يجلب بلاطات المنطقة المختارة من VersaTiles، ومربعات الطرق المشتركة من BRouter عبر brouter.de، وملف أسماء وأماكن العراق من Geofabrik عبر download.geofabrik.de. اختيار المحافظة يجري محلياً؛ الملف الأصلي للبحث يغطي العراق لأن المزوّد لا يوفر ملفات منفصلة للمحافظات. يُبنى فهرس المنطقة على الجهاز، وقد يُحسّن محلياً بعد تحديث التطبيق دون تنزيل البيانات من جديد. Google Fonts يستلم طلبات خطوط الواجهة عبر fonts.googleapis.com وfonts.gstatic.com. الخدمات المتصلة تستلم عنوان IP وبيانات HTTP المعتادة؛ جميع طلبات البيانات الخارجية في التطبيق تستخدم HTTPS.

مصادر أسماء الأماكن وحقوقها

تتضمن النسخة قواعد أسماء محلية مستقلة من OpenStreetMap عبر Geofabrik وGeoNames وOverture Maps، وتبحث فيها داخل الجهاز بدون إرسال موقعك إلى هذه الجهات. الجلب والتحضير لهذه النسخة أجراه المطوّر من الملفات العامة الأصلية، ولا يحتاج مستخدم التطبيق حساباً أو مفتاحاً أو خادماً خاصاً. ملفات المصادر تبقى منفصلة مع المعرّفات والأسماء البديلة والإسناد. بيانات OSM ونسختها المعدّلة القابلة للقراءة مضمّنة بترخيص ODbL 1.0؛ GeoNames بترخيص CC BY 4.0؛ بيانات Overture حسب مصدرها بترخيص CDLA 2.0 أو Apache 2.0 أو CC0، مع إشعار Foursquare. نصوص الحقوق ضمن إعدادات داتا الأماكن وملفات التطبيق. الأعداد سجلات من المصادر وقد تصف نفس المكان أكثر من مرة، وبعض النقاط مراكز تقريبية أو مرافق بلا اسم. لا ننسخ قاعدة أماكن Google Maps ولا نضمن اكتمال الأسماء أو صحة كل نقطة.

ما الذي يُحفظ ومدة الاحتفاظ؟

تبقى ملفات الخرائط والطرق وفهرس البحث محفوظة بعد 24 ساعة ولا تُحذف أو يعاد تنزيلها بسبب الوقت. الخريطة الأساسية والبحث وحساب الطرق وإعادة التوجيه متاحة بدون مشاهدة إعلان. التفاصيل الإضافية للحزم الجديدة فقط ميزة اختيارية تُفعّل 24 ساعة بمكافأة إعلان؛ الحزم السابقة لهذا الإصدار تحتفظ بتفاصيلها. لا نوقف رحلة قائمة بسبب انتهاء تفعيل التفاصيل. عند انتهاء التفعيل يعود العرض الأساسي ويمكن تجديد التفاصيل اختيارياً دون تنزيلها ثانية. استبدال الحزمة يزيل الحزمة السابقة بعد اكتمال البديلة. تُحفظ الإعدادات والمفضلة ورسائل الجهاز ونسخة البريد المتصل المحفوظة، وحتى 15 مساراً محسوباً ونقطتا انطلاقه ووجهته. قد تُحفظ نتائج البحث وبلاطات عُرضت. لا نسجل سلسلة مستمرة من نقاط حركة GPS الفعلية في سجل رحلات على القرص. تبقى نقطة انطلاق الرحلة الأصلية أثناء الملاحة لتخطيط طريق الرجعة، وقد تُحفظ ضمن المسارات المحسوبة. يمكنك حفظ نتيجة بحث أو نقطة خريطة أو موقعك الحالي، وتسميتها وتعديلها وحذفها محلياً، بحد 1000 محفوظة. فتح المحفوظة كوجهة قد يرسل إحداثياتها لمحرك الطريق المتصل عندما لا تتوفر بيانات محلية مناسبة. الأسماء المضمّنة ثابتة ضمن إصدار التطبيق ولا تتحدث تلقائياً.

المنطقة والعنوان ودقة الملاحة

قد نعرض عنواناً مسجلاً في بيانات الخريطة، أو وصفاً يبدأ بكلمة «قرب» مشتقاً محلياً من التجمعات السكنية المحيطة. هذا الوصف التقريبي ليس عنواناً بريدياً مؤكداً. الأسماء وتغطية الشوارع وحدود السرعة تعتمد على OpenStreetMap وقد تختلف عن Google Maps. دقة GPS ومعدل وصوله يعتمدان على الجهاز والإشارة؛ قيمة ± هي الدقة المقدرة من النظام، ولا نضمن دقة بالمليمتر أو صحة كل منعطف. يعمل محرك BRouter محلياً، وقد لا تتضمن بياناته كل القيود الخاصة بالدراجات النارية.

الوقت والاحتفاظ بلا اتصال

قد نقرأ وقت استجابة HTTPS من VersaTiles أثناء التنزيل ووقت GNSS من النظام مع قراءة GPS لعرض معلومات تنزيل البيانات. التحقق من الساعة لا يفتح الخرائط أو يقفلها، ولا يلزم الاتصال بعد إعادة التشغيل لاستخدام الملفات المحفوظة. لا توجد تحديثات يومية تلقائية.

الصوت والموسيقى والروابط المشتركة

نصوص الإرشادات ثابتة بالعراقي والإنجليزي وينطقها محرك الصوت المختار. التطبيق لا يسجل صوتك لتخصيص الإرشادات، ولا يتيح للمستخدم رفع حزم أصوات. يستخدم التوجيه محرك تحويل النص إلى كلام المثبت على الجهاز؛ الأصوات التي تحتاج شبكة قد تعالج النص خارج الجهاز. يفتح البحث الصوتي خدمة التعرف الصوتي في أندرويد، وقد تستخدم معالجة سحابية وفق إعداداتها. الموسيقى تُختار بمنتقي ملفات النظام ولا يرفعها كود التطبيق. أزرار YouTube وYouTube Music تفتح خدمة خارجية تخضع لسياستها. فتح رابط موقع مختصر يشاركه المستخدم قد يتصل بـGoogle Maps أو Waze لحل الرابط واستخراج إحداثياته؛ يستلم المصدر الرابط وبيانات الاتصال المعتادة. الإحداثيات الصريحة تُحلل محلياً، ولا نتجاوز تسجيل الدخول أو نجلب صفحات خاصة. الاهتزاز اختياري ومطفّى افتراضياً؛ يستعمل إذن VIBRATE العادي لإشارة قصيرة مع التوجيه أثناء فتح التطبيق، ولا يجمع بيانات إضافية. إعدادات الجهاز قد تمنع الاهتزاز. يُقاس زمن نطق عبارات التوجيه وتأخر بدء الصوت محلياً أثناء الجلسة لضبط توقيت التنبيه، بهدف ترك نحو ثلاث ثوانٍ بعد نهاية أمر الاستدارة؛ هذا هدف تقديري يعتمد على السرعة وإشارة GPS ومحرك الصوت، وليس ضماناً للدقة المطلقة. قياسات توقيت الصوت لا تُرسل إلى خادم.

الحذف والتحكم والتواصل

يمكنك حذف المفضلة من التطبيق، أو إزالة جميع البيانات والخرائط من إعدادات أندرويد: التطبيقات ← أخذني ← التخزين ← مسح البيانات. إلغاء التثبيت يحذف البيانات المحلية أيضاً. قد يحتفظ مزودو الخدمات بسجلات الطلبات وفق سياساتهم؛ هذه الإجراءات المحلية لا تحذف سجلاتهم. لمساعدة الخصوصية أو حذف البيانات تواصل مع px.lab360@gmail.com. لا نقرأ Android ID أو MAC أو IMEI أو Advertising ID من كود التطبيق، ولا نضيف Firebase Analytics. أضفنا SDK Google AdMob وUMP، وهما موضحان أدناه.

التغطية خارج العراق

خارج العراق، عرض الخرائط والبحث وحساب الطرق يعتمدان على المصادر المتصلة نفسها وعند توفر البيانات. طلبات الشبكة تتضمن المنطقة المعروضة أو نص البحث ومركزه أو نقطتي الرحلة حسب الوظيفة. لا تُضاف قواعد أسماء أو حزم أوفلاين لبلدان أخرى، ولا يبدأ تنزيل بلد تلقائياً. تبقى قواعد الأسماء والحزم اليدوية الإضافية للعراق فقط. قد تحفظ الذاكرة المؤقتة البلاطات المعروضة والرحلات المحدودة كالمعتاد؛ هذا ليس تنزيل حزمة بلد كاملة. تغطية كل دولة أو طريق أو دقة كل موقع غير مضمونة.

بيانات Wikidata

أضفنا ملف أسماء عام مستقل من Wikidata بترخيص CC0، بأسماء عربية وإنجليزية ومعرّفات Q الأصلية. جمعه المطور من واجهة SPARQL الرسمية أثناء إعداد الإصدار، وليس من هاتف المستخدم. البحث فيه محلي، ولا نرسل موقعك أو نص بحثك إلى Wikidata. قد يتضمن مواقع تاريخية؛ حالة التشغيل والمداخل غير مؤكدة.

عرض القيادة والداتا الموسّعة

منظور القيادة رسم خريطة مائل، والمباني تعتمد على بيانات المصدر ولا تمثل تصويراً حقيقياً أو تفاصيل مضمونة للجسور أو الزجاج. السيارة مجسّم أصلي يعالج محلياً باستخدام Three.js، والمسار الأخضر عرض للمسار المحسوب بمحركات التوجيه نفسها؛ لا يغير قراءات GPS أو السرعة. لا تطلب هذه الميزة الكاميرا ولا تسجل الشارع ولا توفر واقعاً معززاً. أضيفت أسماء شوارع ومحلات وعيادات ومرافق عامة من ملف OSM الأصلي للعراق مع المعرّفات والأسماء الأصلية وترخيص ODbL. إحداثيات الطرق والمضلعات مراكز تقريبية وليست مداخل مؤكدة. السجلات قد تكرر مقاطع الشارع نفسه، ولا تعني اكتمال الأماكن أو مطابقة Google Maps. لم تُضف خدمة خارجية أو SDK تتبع.

تفضيلات عرض الخريطة

العرض العادي ومنظور القيادة والخريطة الليلية تفضيلات محفوظة محلياً على جهازك. بُسّطت القائمة في الإصدار 2.4.1، وأصبح الليلي مستقلاً عن طريقة العرض؛ لا يضيف هذا التغيير أذونات أو جهات تستلم بيانات. تغيير المصدر الاختياري متاح من قائمة الخريطة في الواجهة الرئيسية.

مصادر أسماء العراق الإضافية

الإصدار 2.5 يضيف ملفات محلية من Geographic Names Server وWho’s On First، وخدمات وأعمال عامة مسماة من ملف OpenStreetMap الأصلي. بيانات GNS جُلبت وقت إعداد الإصدار من واجهتها الرسمية؛ وWho’s On First من المستودع الرسمي بلقطة مؤرخة 2024، وقد يتضمن أسماء من GeoNames وYahoo! GeoPlanet وQuattroshapes وMesoshapes حسب حقوق كل سجل. لا نرسل موقعك أو سرعتك أو نص بحثك لهذه الجهات عند البحث في الملفات المضمّنة، ولا تتطلب ملفات الأسماء وحدها SDK إعلانات أو إذناً جديداً؛ بيانات الإعلانات المضافة في 2.7 موضحة أدناه. تشمل أسماء عربية وإنجليزية وتهجئات أصلية أخرى عندما يوفرها المصدر؛ لا نؤلف أسماء أو ترجمات. تحفظ الملفات الأصلية منفصلة بمعرّفاتها وحقوقها، ويستعمل فهرس البحث هوية مشتركة موثقة لتخفيف التكرار؛ لا يعني عدد السجلات عدد أماكن فريدة. بعض المعلومات قديمة أو تقريبية، ولا نضمن كل مكان أو مدخله أو حالته الحالية. تتوفر الحقوق الأصلية الكاملة داخل مصادر الأماكن وحقوقها. خدمات البحث والمسارات المتصلة المذكورة أعلاه قد تستلم الطلبات عند استخدامها كما هو موضح.

عرض الخريطة والموسيقى — الإصدار 2.6

أصبح OpenStreetMap المصدر الافتراضي للعرض المتصل. عند الانتقال أول مرة لهذا الإصدار نعيد تفضيل الخريطة إلى OpenStreetMap العادية النهارية مرة واحدة؛ بعدها نحفظ اختيارك محلياً. وضع الخريطة كاملة يبين التفاصيل المتوفرة في نمط المصدر وبحسب التقريب؛ لا يزيد تغطية البيانات ولا ينسخ بيانات Google. خرائط الصور مثل OpenStreetMap تتضمن التفاصيل المرسومة نفسها في العادية والكاملة. القيادة والليلي ينتقلان إلى OpenFreeMap عند الحاجة إلى مصدر متجهي. حقوق كل مصدر ظاهرة على الخريطة. لا ننزّل المحافظات من خادم tile.openstreetmap.org العام ولا نستعمله للتنزيل المسبق؛ يقتصر على العرض المتصل مع التخزين المؤقت المعتاد واحترام تعليمات HTTP. التنزيل اليدوي يبقى من VersaTiles للخرائط المبنية على OpenStreetMap، ومن مصادر الطرق والبحث المذكورة. السحب بين القوائم وتفضيلات العرض محليان ولا يضيفان جهة تستلم بياناتك. أزرار YouTube وYouTube Music تفتح تطبيقهما الرسمي إذا كان متاحاً وإلا الموقع؛ لا نمرّر إحداثياتك أو بحث الأماكن أو ملفات جهازك إليهما. بعد الفتح تطبّق سياسة الجهة الخارجية وقد تستلم بيانات HTTP المعتادة. التشغيل بالخلفية يعتمد على التطبيق والحساب وشروط الخدمة وقد يتطلب Premium؛ لا نحمّل المقاطع أو نستخرج الصوت ولا نتجاوز الاشتراكات. نتخلى عن تركيز الصوت قبل فتح الخدمة ولا نشغّل الموسيقى المحلية تلقائياً عند العودة. التوجيه يطلب تركيزاً صوتياً مؤقتاً من أندرويد أثناء الكلام فقط؛ استجابة المشغّل الخارجي للتخفيض تعتمد عليه وعلى النظام. ملفات الموسيقى التي تختارها تبقى على الجهاز. تغيير العرض والموسيقى نفسه لا يرسل بيانات إضافية؛ أُضيفت إعلانات Google في 2.7 كما هو موضح أدناه.

إعلانات Google وبياناتها وخياراتك — 2.7

نستخدم Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK 1.5.0 وGoogle UMP 4.0.0. قبل تهيئة مكتبة الإعلانات نعرض إفصاحاً واختيار المتابعة أو الرفض، ثم نطلب تحديث الموافقة ونعرض نموذج Google عند الحاجة. إذا فشلت الموافقة المطلوبة لا نطلب إعلانات. تستطيع إيقاف الإعلانات ومكافآتها أو مراجعة خيارات Google من الإعدادات؛ هذا لا يمنع الخريطة الأساسية أو البحث أو الملاحة. لا نرسل إحداثيات GPS أو السرعة أو المسار أو بحث الأماكن أو المحفوظات أو ملفات الموسيقى إلى طلبات الإعلان، ولا نضع user_id أو custom_data. بعد السماح قد يجمع SDK تلقائياً عنوان IP الذي قد يدل على موقع تقريبي، وتفاعلات الإعلان/التطبيق، ومعلومات التشخيص والأداء والجهاز ومعرّف مجموعة التطبيقات وغيره من المعرّفات التي تتيحها المنصة، لأغراض عرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال. وفق وثائق Google تُشفّر بيانات SDK أثناء النقل باستخدام TLS. إيقاف الإعلانات يمنع طلبات إعلانات جديدة، ولا يمحو البيانات السابقة أو يلغي طلباً جارياً؛ قد تبقى معالجة مكتبة سبق تهيئتها إلى أن يغلق التطبيق. أزلنا إذن Advertising ID وإذن حالة الهاتف الإضافي من Manifest؛ هذا لا يجعل الإعلانات مجهولة ولا يمنع جميع معرّفات SDK. لا يجمع كودنا Android ID أو MAC أو IMEI. قد تستخدم Google تخزيناً محلياً ومعالجة شبكية وفق سياسة Google واختياراتك، وقد تنتقل البيانات خارج بلدك؛ لا نحدد مدة احتفاظ Google ولا نتحكم بها. لا نضيف شبكات توسّط أو Firebase Analytics أو AdSense داخل صفحات الخريطة. الإعلانات تُعرض عبر مكتبة أندرويد الرسمية، وليس صفحات ويب مخفية. روابط Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy وhttps://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

الإعلانات والمكافأة واحتفاظ التفاصيل

إعلانات فتح التطبيق تتجاوز الاستخدامات الأولى، ولا تظهر إلا على شاشة تحميل عند الفتح أو الرجوع بعد غياب كافٍ، بمهلة قصوى ثلاث ثوانٍ لبدء العرض؛ إذا تأخر التحميل نكمل للتطبيق ولا نقاطع محتواه لاحقاً. لا ننتظر قراءة GPS أو نطلب إذن الموقع من أجل عرض الإعلان؛ تمنع قراءة حركة حديثة الإعلان إن توفرت. لا نعرض إعلاناً عند إغلاق التطبيق أو أثناء الملاحة أو فوق نوافذ الأذونات، ولا عند الرجوع من مشغل موسيقى أو رابط خارجي فتحه التطبيق. إعلان إكمال الرحلة لا يظهر عند أمر الوصول الصوتي؛ نطلبه بعد وصول فعلي وإنهاء صريح وقراءة حديثة تدل على التوقف، مع فاصل بين الإعلانات. لا نضمن مدة إعلان ثابتة أو توفره أو الأرباح. إعلان المكافأة اختياري، ويُعرض وصف فائدته قبل كل مشاهدة، ويمكن رفضه أو إغلاقه. تفعيل التفاصيل الإضافية لا يتم إلا بعد إشعار استحقاق المكافأة من SDK الرسمي، وليس بالنقر أو المؤقت. مدة التفعيل 24 ساعة من وقت الاستحقاق، وتجدد مشاهدة اختيارية أخرى التفعيل دون إعادة تنزيل الملفات. التوقيت الموثوق يتقدم بالساعة الرتيبة في أندرويد؛ قد يحتاج التحقق بعد إعادة التشغيل اتصالاً أو وقت GNSS موثوقاً. للتحقق عبر HTTPS نستعمل VersaTiles دون إرسال إحداثيات. المكافأة محلية وغير نقدية وغير قابلة للتحويل. الخريطة الأساسية والبحث والملاحة تبقى متاحة عند رفض الإعلان أو عدم توفره، ولا تنقفل رحلة جارية بسبب انتهاء التفاصيل.

البريد المتصل واستضافة الخدمة — 2.8.3

الموقع العام وسياسة الخصوصية والبريد المتصل على Cloudflare Pages Functions (Workers) وD1 وWorkers KV ضمن حساب الناشر. رابط الموقع العام https://akhthni-iraq.pages.dev . لوحة الإدارة بعنوان منفصل لا يظهر ضمن واجهة التطبيق أو الموقع العام. إخفاء العنوان لا يحل محل التحقق من هوية المالك؛ المسودات والمرفقات الخاصة والتصدير تتطلب تسجيل دخول مخوّل. يطلب التطبيق قائمة الرسائل المنشورة عبر HTTPS دون GPS أو سرعة أو مسار أو نص بحث أو مفضلة أو معرف جهاز أو إشعار قراءة. يستلم مزود الاستضافة عنوان IP وبيانات الاتصال المعتادة وقد يعالجها خارج بلدك. لا نضيف أدوات تحليلات زيارات أو بكسلات تتبع. التحديث الدوري يعمل والتطبيق مفتوح ومتصل، ويتوقف بالخلفية وأثناء الملاحة ووضع عدم الاتصال. آخر بريد وعلامات القراءة تبقى محلياً. ما توجد إشعارات دفع من النظام. الإصدارات السابقة قد تستعمل روابط الخدمة السابقة إلى حين تحديث التطبيق.

لوحة الإدارة والمرفقات والاحتفاظ

Online privacy policy

This policy covers location, search, maps and advertising in Akhthni. Publisher: Pixel Lab; developer: Yaqeen Madi; contact: px.lab360@gmail.com. There are no user accounts or private trip-collection backend. Version 2.7 adds Google AdMob and UMP privacy choices, so Google may process the advertising data described below after permission. No Firebase Analytics or separate analytics SDK is included. Version 2.8 adds a connected public inbox and an owner-only publishing dashboard as described below.

Location, speed and tracking

After your consent and Android permission, precise location displays your position, ranks nearby places, establishes trip start, measures turn distances and corrects map direction. GPS speed, bearing and accuracy are processed locally. Location may keep updating while you browse the foreground interface to rank results around your current position. GPS requests stop when the app enters the background; no background navigation-location service is included. Map transfers use a visible foreground data-sync service that downloads files and does not collect location. Deny permission or revoke it in Android settings. Actual driving speed uses satellite measurements and reported uncertainty; simulation speed and road snapping never determine it. Requested frequent updates remain subject to hardware and signal. Stale or unreliable speed is rejected; initial location may wait briefly for an improved fix. Initial location acquisition uses available Android GPS, fused and network providers. Approximate permission can display a location for browsing/search, labelled with reported uncertainty. Network/fused providers may use Wi-Fi, cell signals and system services under device settings and the system provider policy. These fixes do not determine driving speed: accurate navigation starts with a recent sufficiently accurate GNSS fix and precise permission. Approximate fixes are not presented as precise GPS.

Requests to connected services

Downloaded-pack search and routing are processed locally. When connected, Photon/Komoot may supplement search results and receives query text and current search position or selected start, including when a pack is downloaded. Explicit category searches, such as schools or mosques, may send search center and category to Overpass/Private Coffee or overpass-api.de. Nearby lookup can use Photon or Overpass. If suitable local route data is unavailable, Valhalla/FOSSGIS receives origin, destination, travel mode and heading when available; route geometry may be sent to request mapped speed limits. Actual speed readings are not uploaded to a private collection server. Offline mode does not send these search/routing requests. This version does not use the public Nominatim search server.

Maps, fonts and downloads

Map display providers are OpenFreeMap, OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap and VersaTiles. Online tile requests reveal the viewed map area. Manual downloads fetch selected-area tiles from VersaTiles, shared BRouter road squares from brouter.de, and the original Iraq places/names extract from Geofabrik at download.geofabrik.de. Governorate selection is local; the original search file covers Iraq because separate governorate extracts are not offered. The area index is built on-device and may be improved locally after an app update without downloading source data again. Google Fonts receives interface-font requests via fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Connected services receive IP addresses and ordinary HTTP metadata. External app data requests use HTTPS.

Bundled place names and rights

This release bundles independent name data from OpenStreetMap via Geofabrik, GeoNames and Overture Maps. On-device searches do not send your position to these data publishers. The developer prepared this release from original public files; users need no account, key or private server for bundled names. Source files remain separate with identifiers, supplied aliases and attribution. The readable modified OSM database is included under ODbL 1.0; GeoNames is CC BY 4.0; Overture records retain their CDLA 2.0, Apache 2.0 or CC0 source notices, including the full Foursquare notice. Licenses are available in place-data settings and bundled files. Source counts include duplicate venues and unnamed facilities. Some positions are approximate centers rather than verified entrances. Google Maps place listings are not scraped or copied; complete coverage and correctness of every point are not guaranteed.

Local storage and retention

Map, road and search files remain saved after 24 hours and restarts; they are not deleted or re-downloaded because of time. Basic maps, search, routing and rerouting remain usable without watching an ad. Only optional extra detail for newly downloaded packs is activated for 24 hours through an earned ad reward. Packs from before this version retain their full detail. An ongoing trip is not downgraded when bonus time expires. Basic display remains available and extra detail can be renewed without downloading saved files again. A replacement pack removes the previous pack after completion. Preferences, favorites, local notices and a cached public inbox messages, up to 15 calculated routes and their origins/destinations are stored locally. Search results and viewed tiles may be cached. The app does not persist a continuous breadcrumb history of actual GPS movement. The original trip start stays available during navigation for return-route calculation and may be included in saved calculated routes. You can save a search result, map point or current GPS position, assign a name, edit it or remove it locally, up to 1,000 favorites. Routing to a saved place may send its coordinates to the online router when suitable local data is missing. Bundled names belong to this app release and do not update automatically.

Area labels and navigation accuracy

We may show an address recorded in map data or an approximate label beginning with “Near”, derived locally from surrounding settlements. Approximate labels are not verified postal addresses. Place names, road coverage and mapped speed limits depend on OpenStreetMap and may differ from Google Maps. GPS accuracy and actual update frequency depend on device and signal; ± displays the system estimate. Millimeter accuracy and correctness of every maneuver are not guaranteed. BRouter runs locally and may not include every motorcycle-specific restriction.

Time and offline retention

HTTPS response time from VersaTiles during download and GNSS time accompanying a GPS fix may be used to display download information. Time verification does not unlock or block saved maps. Reconnecting after restart is not required to use saved data. Downloads are not automatically refreshed each day.

Speech, music and shared links

Guidance uses predefined Iraqi Arabic and English phrases spoken by the selected speech engine. The app does not record your voice to personalize guidance or offer user voice-pack uploads. Guidance uses the installed text-to-speech engine; network-dependent voices may process text externally. Voice search opens Android speech recognition, which may use cloud processing according to service settings. Music is selected with the system file picker; app code does not upload audio files. YouTube and YouTube Music open external services governed by their policies. Resolving a shortened location link shared by the user may contact Google Maps or Waze to extract coordinates; the source receives the link and normal connection metadata. Explicit coordinates are parsed locally. We do not bypass sign-in or retrieve private pages. Guidance vibration is optional and off by default. It uses Android normal VIBRATE permission for brief foreground feedback and collects no additional data. System settings may suppress vibration. Guidance phrase duration and startup delay are measured locally during the session to adjust announcement timing, aiming for about three seconds between the end of the final turn instruction and the junction. This estimate depends on speed, GPS reception and the speech engine and is not a precision guarantee. Speech timing measurements are not uploaded.

Deletion, control and contact

Delete favorites in the app, or remove all local maps/data in Android Settings: Apps → Akhthni → Storage → Clear data. Uninstalling also removes local app data. External providers may retain request logs under their own policies; local deletion does not erase those logs. For privacy and deletion assistance contact px.lab360@gmail.com. App code does not read Android ID, MAC, IMEI or Advertising ID and includes no Firebase Analytics. Google AdMob and UMP are now included, as disclosed below.

Coverage outside Iraq

Outside Iraq, map display, search and routing use the same connected providers where data is available. Requests include the viewed area, search text/center or trip endpoints according to the feature. No other-country name databases or offline packs are added, and no country download starts automatically. Bundled names and manual offline packs remain Iraq-only. Ordinary caches may retain viewed tiles and the existing limited calculated-route history; this is not a complete country pack. Coverage and accuracy are not guaranteed for every country or road.

Wikidata names

An independent public Wikidata CC0 file adds supplied Arabic/English labels and original Q identifiers. The developer retrieved it through the official bounded SPARQL interface during release preparation. Search is local; no user position or query is sent to Wikidata. Some records describe historical sites; operating status and entrances are not confirmed.

Driving view and expanded names

Chase view is a tilted map; buildings depend on source data and do not represent camera imagery or guaranteed bridge/glass detail. The original procedural car renders locally using Three.js. The green route uses the existing routing engines and does not change GPS or measured speed. This feature does not request the camera, record the road or provide augmented reality. Additional public named streets, shops, clinics and destinations come from the original Iraq OSM extract with source identifiers, supplied names and ODbL terms. Road/polygon positions are approximate centres, not verified entrances. Source objects can repeat street segments; coverage is not complete Google Maps parity. No new data recipient or tracking SDK is added.

Map display preferences

Standard and Driving views and Night appearance are preferences stored locally on your device. Version 2.4.1 simplifies the menu and makes Night independent of perspective, without adding permissions or data recipients. Optional source changes are available in the main map menu.

Additional Iraq name sources

Version 2.5 bundles local Geographic Names Server and Who’s On First files plus named public OSM services/businesses from the original extract. GNS was retrieved through its official interface during release preparation; WOF comes from its official repository at a dated2024 snapshot, with GeoNames, Yahoo! GeoPlanet, Quattroshapes and Mesoshapes attribution where applicable. Searching bundled files sends no user position, speed or query to these organizations. The name files themselves add no advertising SDK or permission; advertising added in version 2.7 is disclosed below. Supplied Arabic, English and other original variants are retained where provided; names and translations are not fabricated. Independent files preserve source IDs and licenses; supported shared identities reduce duplicate search results. Record counts are not unique-venue counts. Some information is old or approximate; full coverage, entrances and current operating status are not guaranteed. Full original notices are available in Place sources and licenses. Existing connected search/routing providers may receive requests when those functions are used as described above.

Map display and music — version 2.6

OpenStreetMap is the default connected display source. On the first upgrade to this version, the map preference resets once to daytime Standard OSM, then your explicit choices are stored locally. Full detail shows the selected source’s available original detail at supported zoom levels; it does not increase coverage or copy Google data. Raster OSM has the same drawn detail in Standard and Full detail. Driving and Night switch to OpenFreeMap when vector rendering is required. Attribution remains visible. The public tile.openstreetmap.org service is only used for connected viewing with normal HTTP caching, never province/country prefetch or offline bulk downloads. Manual downloads remain OSM-derived VersaTiles maps, plus the road/search sources already disclosed. Tab swipes and view preferences are local and add no data recipient. YouTube and YouTube Music buttons open their official apps when available, otherwise their websites. We do not pass your coordinates, place queries or local files to them. The external service applies its own privacy policy and may receive ordinary HTTP metadata. Background playback depends on that app, account and service terms and may require Premium. We do not download videos, extract audio or bypass subscriptions. Audio focus is released before opening the service, and local music does not restart automatically on return. Guidance requests transient Android audio focus only while speaking; external-player ducking depends on the player and operating system. Selected local audio stays on the device. The map/music change itself adds no data recipient; Google advertising added in version 2.7 is disclosed below.

Google ads, data and your choices — 2.7

We use Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK 1.5.0 and Google UMP 4.0.0. Before initializing the advertising SDK we present a disclosure and an option to continue or decline, then update consent information and show a Google form when required. We do not request ads when required consent cannot be completed. Settings lets you disable ads/rewards or review Google privacy choices without losing basic maps, search or navigation. Ad requests do not receive app-supplied GPS, speed, routes, place queries, favorites or audio files; no user_id or custom_data is attached. After permission, the SDK may automatically collect IP address (which may imply approximate location), ad/app interactions, diagnostics/performance and device information, app set ID and other identifiers available on the platform, for ads, measurement and fraud prevention. Google documents TLS encryption for SDK data in transit. Disabling ads blocks new ad requests, but does not delete earlier data or cancel an in-flight request; processing by an already initialized SDK may continue until the app closes. Advertising ID and extra phone-state permissions are removed from the manifest; that does not make ads anonymous or remove all SDK identifiers. Our code does not read Android ID, MAC or IMEI. Google may use local storage and network processing under its privacy policy and your choices, including processing outside your country. We do not control Google retention periods. We add no mediation network, Firebase Analytics or AdSense within map pages. Ads use the official Android SDK, not hidden web pages. Ad placement, rewards and detail retention

App Open ads skip the first uses and may start only over a loading surface on launch or an eligible return after a sufficient absence. The opportunity to start an ad ends within three seconds; late loads never interrupt app content. We do not wait for GPS or request location permission to show an ad; a recent motion reading blocks display when available. No exit ads, ads during navigation, ads over permission dialogs or ads on returning from a music player or external link opened by the app. A trip-completion ad requires real arrival, explicit completion, a recent stationary reading and an interval between ads. Ad length, availability and revenue are not guaranteed. Rewarded ads are optional, with a disclosed benefit and a functional decline/close choice. Extra detail unlocks only through the official SDK earned-reward callback, never a click or timer. Access lasts 24 hours from earning the reward; another optional ad renews access without downloading saved files again. Trusted time advances with Android monotonic time; verification after reboot may require connectivity or trusted GNSS time. HTTPS time checks use VersaTiles without coordinates. Rewards are local, non-monetary and non-transferable. Basic maps, search and navigation remain available if an ad is declined or unavailable, and ongoing trips retain their detail through completion.

Connected inbox and hosting — 2.8.3

The public site, privacy policy and inbox use Cloudflare Pages Functions (Workers), D1 and Workers KV in the publisher account. Public site: https://akhthni-iraq.pages.dev . The owner dashboard has a separate address that is not linked in the app or public site. Address obscurity never replaces owner authentication; drafts, private attachments and export require authorized sign-in. The app requests published messages over HTTPS without GPS, speed, route, query, favorites, device ID or read receipt. Hosting receives IP and ordinary HTTP metadata and may process it outside your country. No visit analytics or tracking pixels are added. Polling runs while open and connected, and stops in background, during navigation and in offline mode. Last feed and read markers remain local. There are no system push notifications. Older app versions may use previous service URLs until updated.

Administration, attachments and retention

Version 2.8.2 administration is limited to the owner through Google sign-in with Firebase Authentication on Spark. Google processes the administrator’s basic name, email, profile image, account identity and connection metadata under its policy; we request no Gmail, contacts or Drive access. Cloudflare verifies token signature, issuer, project audience, expiry and verified owner email, then binds access to a stable identity. Navigation app users do not use Firebase or a Google account to read messages. Older 2.8.1 versions remain on the legacy Sites service until updated. We add no Google Analytics. Firebase sign-in persists within the browser session; a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite server cookie expires within one hour and can refresh during the admin session. Sign-out clears it. Verification needs no private service-account key; public Firebase web configuration does not authorize private message access. Previously issued stolen tokens may remain valid until their expiry, at most one hour. Google policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy . D1 stores the admin identity, messages, edit times and audit actions; KV stores attachments. The owner may add Arabic/English text, an HTTPS link, an image or short MP4, schedule start/end, archive, move messages to recoverable trash and export text/metadata. Images are re-encoded to remove metadata; the server validates file type/size and removes supported MP4 metadata. This cannot remove information visible inside media; the publisher must review it. Do not publish private information or user locations. Messages and attachments remain until the owner deletes them or requests deletion at px.lab360@gmail.com; expiration hides content without erasing archives or copies users previously saved.

Public messages and playback controls

The policy is public without an account. App inbox reading needs no admin credential; the published feed and its attachments are technically public content, not private correspondence. Drafts, trash and exports are protected. Video never autoplays; media loading/playback uses connectivity and exposes IP to hosting. Video is blocked during navigation and paused when leaving Inbox or the app. Direct media access ends when its last live linked message expires or is withdrawn, but already saved copies cannot be recalled. New uploads and feed changes may take time to propagate due to cache and polling. External links open by user choice under destination policies. Promotions are labelled; no targeting data is sent and messages cannot run code or install executable functionality. Local expiration filtering of cached messages can be affected by device time.
